Featured Artist- Elsa Lynde

For most of my young adult life I had no clue what I wanted to do.  When I moved out of my parents house across the country, I had no money for decorations or paintings.  So I decided I wanted to make my own art.  I fell in love with it and wanted to learn more!  I finally found my passion and only strive to be better everyday.  

I am always thinking about my next piece and what I want to try next.  I have a pretty good imagination but I also look at other art pieces everywhere I go for inspiration.  I love working with crystals and gold is my favorite color if you can't tell!  I love the marble and geode look but I like the more abstract feel to my pieces.

I have always wanted to create my own art or home design item, but I didn't know what that was exactly. Over the years I tried a couple different things, but never truly enjoyed the process or outcomes. When I learned about resin art, I knew this was going to be different. Each piece is unique, with the ability to be completely abstract or a personal take on something in life.

Sometimes I see an item and think how it can be re-purposed or more colorful by applying resin. Seeing other people's art also gives me ideas for color combinations. The more artwork I create, the more ideas i have!
